MentorLink is a facilitated mentoring program for Occupational Therapists working in both the public and private sectors throughout Australia.

The program aims to:

provide practitioners with peer support tailored to their professional development and performance needs;
improve job satisfaction;
build mentoring skills within the occupational therapy profession.
