MentorLink is a facilitated mentoring program for Occupational Therapists working in both the public and private sectors throughout Australia.
The program aims to:- provide practitioners with peer support tailored to their professional development and performance needs;
- improve job satisfaction;
- build mentoring skills within the occupational therapy profession.
